Andrew made my visit today feel very at ease through the appointment and was there to answer any questions if needed.

Andrew's total respect and trustworthiness made me feel relaxed. I wasn't sure whether to sit in a chair or on the couch to change my stoma. Maybe a line such as 'Would you like to sit or stand while you change?' or 'Would you like to use a chair or the couch?' There is a paper roll at the head end of the couch. I was sort of waiting for Andrew to cover the couch, being used to that as a nurse task as opposed to a patient thing to do. I would have appreciated clearer instructions at the uncovering stage.
